Ingredients for an Energizing Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to start out your day or have a healthy snack during the day. However, it can be a bit confusing what to put in them if you are looking for something specific. If you are looking for an energizing smoothie to start your day off right or beat that afternoon slump here are some ingredients you should include!
