Quinoa Tabbouleh

This tabbouleh is super simple to make! It’s the perfect salad to have in the fridge as a to-go lunch or a ready-made dinner when you get home. The light ingredients are refreshing but still filling for the last few warm weeks we have before it starts to get cold outside.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

That’s all! How simple is that? You can eat this right away or let it cool in the fridge. I love to eat this plain or mix in some feta cheese crumbles before I eat it! This will store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 1 week.

Enjoy!

I hope you enjoy this simple salad as much as I do!
